・Returns
All our item have 2 years warranty. The warranty does not covert incidental damages on your side. It covers all issues regarding neon malfunction, receiving a broken neon or cable, or wrong plug.
If your receive a broken neon you have 2 days after you receive the order to inform us and we will change the neon for you.
Additionally your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, otherwise we cannot consider this as a valid return.
・Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be processed only for issues regarding quality of the item/s or if the wrong item/s has been delivered.
We do not process refunds if the variant or the size ordered is wrong. However, in this case, we do offer solutions to upgrade the product e.g. bigger size (extra fees will be applicable).
・Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@neyonart.co.uk.
・Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded, Unless there are issues regarding quality of the item/s or if the wrong item/s has been delivered.
・Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@neyonart.co.uk
・Gifts.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
